I brought a 235,000 sq. ft. San Diego office/retail building to life with a 360° virtual tour, created 360 pano renders using Vray, 3ds Max and 3D Vista platforms. This immersive experience lets potential tenants virtually walk through the space, showcasing its inviting atmosphere with terraces on each floor, an open-air staircase, and stunning Downtown and Bay views.
